au revoir, dapper!

I had a blast baking for Dapper Coffee, but it’s time to say goodbye as I have other commitments. I’m really thankful for all the wonderful people I met at dapper, the opportunities I had to experiment and to all the customers who enjoyed the cakes! I absolutely enjoy baking with British style flavours and also experimenting with new ones. To all the homesick people I’m glad that my cakes reminded you of home!

One of my favourite desserts I made would probably be the tiramisu tart (with dapper’s house pulled espresso) and the sticky date and banana pudding with house made vanilla-rum sauce!! oh that sauce…
